You may or may not know that my family and I (Dave Hider) will be going out to India to spend time with Raj and the Trust. Further info can be found on our trip at our blog at http://www.thehiders.co.uk/We are also looking at a large (ish) team of about 15 going from the Church we go to in Hereford (plus a few others). This trip will be around July/August 2008. We have met with people who think they may be interested and we are looking at confirming numbers late September.
Finally, on top of these 2 exciting ventures it looks as if there may be a small team going out in January to work with Raj and others to establish some of the outdoor pursuits courses at the proposed adventure centre. It looks as if Raj has access to some land through a friend for the centre and we have 2/3 trained instructors from the UK that we know well that have said they are happy to go out and train some of the local guys in how to set up things like high and low ropes courses etc.
All very exciting!! Please do pray all these plans will happen if they are 'right' to.
